How Impradel Handles Your Data
Impradel treats every client's risk data with the same discipline we advise our clients to apply to their own. Assessment data, engagement documentation, and risk findings are handled through established, industry-recognized platforms and processes, with access limited to what each engagement requires. Engagement documentation and findings belong to you, provided in full at the conclusion of any engagement, so your risk intelligence stays yours to keep and act on.
Confidentiality by Design
Every engagement begins with a mutual confidentiality agreement, and findings from any engagement are never referenced by name or identifying detail in Impradel's public materials without explicit client permission, which is why the illustrative scenarios on this site are composite examples, not disguised client stories.
Professional Standards
Engagements are led by a CISM-certified practitioner holding a Government of Canada Secret Level II security clearance, the same standard applied to individuals entrusted with protecting government information assets.
No Vendor Lock-In
Impradel's recommendations are never tied to a requirement to purchase specific tools or platforms through Impradel. Where implementation support is useful, it is offered, never required.
